Forces Of Valor German Sd. Kfz. 251 Ausf. D mit Wurfrahmen 40 Mobile Rocket Launcher

REF:85010 Scale 1.72 Length 70mm

A superb release from Forces of Valor, features a wealth of detail normally seen on more expensive models. This fine example of a Sd. Kfz. 251 Ausf. D mit Wurfrahmen 40 includes a driver and six rockets.

The Sonderkraftfahrzeug 251 (SdKfz 251) half-track was an armored fighting vehicle built by Germany during World War II. They were produced throughout the war.
The early production models of this vehicle were issued to the 1st Panzer Division in 1939. There were four main models (A - D), with many variants. The initial idea was for a vehicle that could be used to transport a squad of infantry to the battlefield protected from enemy small arms fire, and with some protection from artillery fire.
Variants were produced for specialized purposes, including anti-aircraft guns, rocket launching (with 3 large rockets fitted on either side of the vehicle) as well as a version with an infra-red search light used to spot potential targets for associated Panther tanks equipped with infrared detectors. Dragon Armor T-34 Tank 2.Panzer Div, " Das Reich" 1023, Kursk, Russia, Operation Citadel 1943, Mod 1942

Dragon Armor T-34 Tank 2.Panzer Div, " Das Reich" 1023, Kursk, Russia, Operation Citadel 1943, Mod 1942

REF:60218 Scale Length 89mm Width 44mm

This replica T34 recreates the improved and upgraded version of this remarkable tank, improvements made not in Russia, but in Germany. With the addition of the Notek light, new storage boxes and the bonus of direct radio communication, the T34 became a highly valued asset in the Nazi armoury. This superb model is finished in a three-color camouflage paint scheme, with large balkenkreuz markings for identification, and has also been fitted with a special set of side skirts. The 26-ton T-34/76 was a revolutionary and advanced tank design. It helped jerk the all-conquering Germans back to reality after they came face to face with them in the invasion of Russia! In fact, the T-34 was deemed so successful that the German forces at times put captured T-34s into their own national service, exacerbated as they were by shortages of their own tanks. When pressed into German service, the tanks received a number of modifications to make them more operable.

Features include:

  • Rotating turret, elevating cannon and accurate hull.
  • Painted, fitted, non-moving tracks on detailed non-rotating wheels.
  • Realistic panel lines, antennas, access panels and surface details.
  • Quality Pad printed markings and placards that dont fade or peel
  • Acrylic display case

Hawker Hurricane RAF No.835 . Squadron England, North Atlantic 1944

Hawker Hurricane RAF No.835 . Squadron England, North Atlantic 1944

Scale 1:72 REF SKN85429

A fine solid die-cast model from Forces Of Valor. This 1:72 scale mode comes with detachable undercarriage and display stand. The powerful Hawker Hurricane was not as celebrated as the Supermarine Spitfire but unbeknown to most, it had more enemy kills than all others in the U.K. arsenal.
As the most numerous of fighter aircraft and aircraft squadrons, the Hurricane shouldered most of the attacks by the German Luftwaffe during the Battle of Britain। The Hurricane forced the Luftwaffe to commit its BF109's and BF110's to protect its long range bombers. Details on how to buy this great model are available on the die-cast-collector website.

Corgi SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1A, XX970/EH, No.6 Squadron, RAF Coltishall, Norfolk, 1990

Corgi SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1A, XX970/EH, No.6 Squadron, RAF Coltishall, Norfolk, 1990

REF: AA35401 Wingspan 120mm New Tooling

The Jaguar is a collaborative venture between the British Aircraft Corporation and Dassault/Breguet who formed the international company, SEPECAT to manufacture 400 Jaguars, 200 for the RAF and 200 for the French Air Force. It was also sold to the air forces of India, Ecuador, Nigeria and Oman.

The Royal Air Force received 165 Jaguar GR.1s and 35 Jaguar T.2 two-seat advanced operational trainers. The first French-built Jaguar flew in September 1968 and the first British Jaguar in October 1969. The first Jaguars were delivered to No.226 Operational Conversion Unit at Lossiemouth in September 1973 and the first operational squadron was No.54, which became fully operational at RAF Coltishall on 9th August 1974, closely followed by No.6 Squadron on 6th November 1974.
Jaguars replaced Phantoms with several RAF squadrons, including in Germany and have enjoyed much success. No.6 Squadron is one of the RAF’s oldest squadrons, being formed by the Royal Flying Corps on 31 January 1914. It adopted the unofficial ‘Flying Can-Opener’ badge during WW2 whilst operating Hurricanes, destroying 32 tanks in three hours on 22 March 1943.
It retains this name and motif to this day, throughout many equipment changes, finally from Phantoms to its present mount of Jaguars on 1st October 1974।It is based at RAF Coltishall, Norfolk, and remained there until 2006 when the Jaguar was retired from RAF service.
